I’ve been fortunate to spend my career doing work I genuinely love and respect—cooking, creating, and collaborating with people who care deeply about their craft. That work let me support my family, see the country, and grow in ways I never expected. Now I’m channeling that experience into something more personal: helping people enjoy great food, meaningful moments, and a little more breathing room in their day. After a lifetime built around food, hospitality, and memorable dining experiences, it feels natural to share those skills in my own practice. Since settling in Flagstaff in 2017, I’ve come to appreciate the mountain community that values honest food, neighborly spirit, and shared experiences.
Over the years, I’ve cooked from coast to coast, earning recognition from peers along the way—including ACF Chef of the Year and medals in ACF Culinary Salons. Those honors reflect not just technique, but the leadership and standards I’ve carried throughout my career.
